Message:
The Lord gave victory to Gideon through a trumpet, an clay jar, and a torch. There is a deeper truth behind each of these. If the Lord wants us to win, we must do them. If the Lord wants to fight for us, we must also do these things. Trumpets are equal to praise. A song of praise to God should always be on our tongue. By praise the enemy will depart from us. Praise is what gives us victory. When we take praise in our hands, the enemy will run away in fear. The second is that the clay jar should be broken. The clay pot is similar to our flesh. We must not follow the works of our flesh. To hate the works of the flesh. We should keep ourselves away from the affairs of the world. We have to break the clay pot called our flesh. The torch is equivalent to the light of God within us. The light of the lamp came out when the earthen vessel was broken. Likewise, only if we hate our flesh will the light of God shine within us. When we do these things, the Lord will fight for us.
