WORD OF THE DAY

Today's word :
‭‭ISAIAH‬ ‭51:6‬ ‭
"Lift up your eyes to the heavens, look at the earth beneath; the heavens will vanish like smoke, the earth will wear out like a garment and its inhabitants die like flies. But my salvation will last forever, my righteousness will never fail."  
      
Message:
            The Lord is righteous. He never changes. His justice never changes. His salvation is permanent. The sky we see will disappear. The earth we stand on will perish. But His word never fails. The eternal salvation He has given us will never change. His righteousness does not change yesterday, today, or forever. He does the same justice to us as He did to the Israelites that day. If we sin, He punishes us according to that righteousness. But Jesus came as a man to redeem us so that we can be saved by that righteousness. He accepted our punishments. He blessed us with salvation by His grace. That salvation is eternal. It is never perishable. That salvation will take us to heaven. We must live for the God who blessed with that higher salvation.

            Pray for all people to believe in the Lord who redeemed us.
